Landmark has discontinued the sale of new chiropractic health plans to individuals and families. If you are currently enrolled in one of Landmark’s existing individual/family plans, Basic, Choice Plus or Package, continue to make your monthly premium payments through your renewal date because your existing plan is not affected by our decision to discontinue selling new individual/family plans. Your existing benefit plan is unchanged in respect of your premium, the availability of Landmark’s chiropractic network, co-payments, visit maximums and all other benefits.
Note also that Landmark’s employer group plans are not affected by our discontinuing sales of new individual and family plans. If you are enrolled in a Landmark plan through your employer, your benefit plan is unchanged.
